RadioVisuography (RVG) is a computerized sensor that is used to capture x-ray images where only a fraction of radiation is required when compared to the normal film x-rays. It has the added advantage of the image being immediately available for visual display for the patient thus saving lot of precious time and meeting safe radiation standards (AERB).
